‘FIT INDIA Plogging Run’ event had been organized by Sant Nirankari Sr. Sec. School, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi-110055 on October 2, 2019 from 6:30 a.m. onwards. Students of Class IX – XII, parents, SMC Members, teachers and the HOS of our school had participated in plogging run event.FIT INDIA Plogging Run had been organized regarding The Fit India Movement which has been launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji on August 29, 2019.
The purpose of organizing such event was to encourage the students to develop their healthy habits and to motivate them for playing the active role in maintaining cleanliness. During the plogging run, students also suggested others not to use plastic as it is harmful for the environment.
Our school had organized Fit India Plogging Run event with full of enthusiasm.
